My 2017 Travel Playlist

Hey, guys! This post is going to be a bit different, but I hope you enjoy it anyway. This is more of a list than a long-winded and useful post, so it’s not what you’re used to.

As you know, I spent the last month and a half of 2017 (and the beginning of 2018) traveling. I went on 11 planes in that span of time, so I needed to entertain myself. Knowing this, I decided to do the YouTube Red free trial. It was so worth it. Before my trip, I abstained from watching my favorite YouTubers so I could watch them on the plane or during stopovers.

I also downloaded lots of music. I made sure to download the music on my phone and videos on my tablet so that they wouldn’t get mixed up. I haven’t updated the music on my phone in almost two years. I’ve mostly just relied on YouTube and the radio, so it was nice having “new” music on my phone.

Honestly, you all have probably read the titles of most of these songs in my monthly favorites postsso sorry for the repetition, but I’m going to look back on this playlist in ten years and judge my taste in music.

That’s also something you all are probably going to do. Whenever people ask me what type of music I like, I say I listen to very depressing music. It’s not purposeful. I don’t have a favorite genre, but the lyrics of a song need to mean something for me to actually like it, so the songs just end up being really sad.

Anywho, here’s the playlist I listened to while traveling near the end of last year.

This post was short and sweet, but I hope you enjoyed. There are a lot more travel posts coming at you so stay tuned.

What is your favorite song on this list? What song is stuck in your head right now?
